Ich weiss net genau ob BS oder LAN, ich schreibe das mal hier rein.

Eine Frage, verbessert es in einem Netz ohne DNS Server die LAN Geschwindigkeit (Netzwerkumgebung), wenn man in die Datei Hosts alle Rechner des Netzwerkes einträgt, und das an jedem Rechner.

Da der Zugriff bzw. das Netzwerk doch sehr langsam ist.

Nicht zwangsläufig, bei vielen Betriebssystemen ist die Reihenfolge konfigurierbar (nsswitch.conf, netconfig).
