also ob es das bild das ich mit der src anspreche gibt.

Du kannst im <IMG> Tag JavaScript verwenden. Es gibt das Ereignis "onError", bei dem Du dann was machen kannst.

Beispiel:

<IMG SRC="images/bild.gif" onError="alert('Fehler');">
