also erstmal: ich hoffe, das ich hier richtig poste, und das ihr mir helfen könnt.

ich habe ein komisches problem:

ich habe einen mustek bearpow 4800 TA pro scanner. wenn ich versuche zu scannen bekommen ich seit kurzem folgende meldung:

Fehler an der Stromversorgung

wenn ich auf ok klicke folgendes:

Rücksetzen des Scanschlittens fehlerhaft!

und dann:

die TWAIN-Quelee konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich eine gültige Quellen-Datei für ihren Scanner im TWAIN-Verzeichnis in Ihrem Windows-Verzeichnis befindet.

habt ihr da ne idee, was ich machen kann?

treiber neuinstallieren bringt übrigens nix :(

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, danke schonmal im vorraus
