Ich soll Kopf- und Fußzeilen in Word-Dokumente einfügen. Dabei soll durch Textmarken nur der Platz für den Inhalt geschaffen werden.

Nachdem das Dokument bearbeitet und gespeichert wurde, stehen die Inhalte korrekt da, eingefügt durch "InsertBefore".

Beim übernächsten bearbeiten und speichern des Dokuments, wird der Inhalt der Kopf-und Fußzeilen vor die bestehenden Inhalte gesetzt, sodass der Inhalt 2x da steht. Wie kann ich den Inhalt von einzelnen Textmarken überprüfen und gegebenfalls ersetzen bzw. nicht antasten?
