hi hoffe ist das richtige forum dafür,

so und zwar hat mich heute eine Kundin angerufen und mir gesagt das sie am Dienst sich für das neue ISDN XXL entschieden hat (über INET bestellt). Heute ist ihr wohl aufgefallen das sie da keine Inet verbindungen mehr Kostenlos bekommt. Jetzt meine Frage bzw ihre: Kann sie innerhalb von 14 tagen von dem Vertag zurück treten so das der alte XXL vertrag wieder gültig würd?

also ich glaube dass ist das falsche Forum.....

Aber na gut, rein theoretisch müsste sie ein 14 tägiges Widerrufsrecht haben. Sowas steht normalerweise ind den AGB's..... Schau doch da einfach mal nach, was die Telekom dort genau vereinbart hat......
