Hallo!

Ich habe letze woche ein All-In-One gerät (X1130) von Lexmark gekauft. Scannen/Kopieren und drucken klappt in Farbe wunderbar. Doch beim Schwarzdruck druckt das Gerät nicht. Die Tintenpatrone is richtig eingesetzt und wenn man unten hinfasst bekommt man auch schwarze Finger, also Tinte tut schon!

Das Gerät wurde von XP automatisch erkannt (Treiber Version 1.0.0.0), habe aber trotzdem die aktuelleren Treiber von CD (mitgelieferte Version: 1.0.4.0) installiert.

Das Gerät wurde bei Plus gekauft. Könnte es vielleicht an einem Defekt an den PINs im Drucker liegen?

Hat jemand die selben Erfahrungen oder kann hier jemand weiterhelfen?

wenn du den Lexmark erst gekauft hast, dann bring ihn einfach zurück. Lass dir das Geld zurückgeben oder hohl dir einfach einen neuen.

Wozu gibt es denn sonst das Rückgaberecht :)
