Hi!

Ich brauche eine PCI WLAN Karte, die von Suse ab ver8 unterstützt wird und ohne Probleme erkannt wird.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hallo!

Zu SuSE kann ich leider nicht viel sagen. Ich benutzte unter Debian eine Netgear MA401, funktioniert einwandfrei.

Gibt es von SuSE nicht eine Hardwaredatenbank, in der man Hardware auf Kompatibilität suchen kann??

wird diese automatisch erkannt?

Das pcmcia-cs Packet von woody ist leider etwas älter. Du musst einfach das hier installieren, dann gehts einwandfrei. Danach noch die wireless-tools, um die Karte richtig konfigurieren zu können (essid, wep usw).
