ist mod_rewrite fester bestandteil vom apache,

oder muss ich erst meinen isp bitten da was zu machen?

ich versuche gerade ne rewrite engine fürs phpbb zu installieren, die bei einem freund funzt, bei mir nicht.

falls nötig hier die phpinfo meines servers:

ich bin mir nicht wirklich sicher, aber ich glaube das ist zwar fester bestandteil von apache, aber ist standardmäßig in der httpd.conf auskommentiert, wird also nicht in den start einbezogen...

  • 3 Wochen später...

Wozu braucht das phpBB die Rewrite Engine? Habe schon öfter mit phpBB herrumgewerkelt und höre das zum ersten mal. ;)
