hi, weiss nicht ob ich hier richtig bin...

ich finde im xoops2 adminmenü keinen punkt indem ich festlegen kann dass ein benutzer (wie auf fachinformatiker.de) seine beiträge nur x minuten nach erstellen ändern kann..

weiss jemand wo man das macht oder muss ich in den code??

und wenn wir schon dabei sind und es nix ausmacht:

kann ich in xoops2 mehrere benutzer mit richtigen "Administratorrechten" also nicht nur webmasterrechten anlegen??
