Hi all,

ich möchte gerne die mime_content_type() funktion verwenden, um von einer datei den mimetype auszulesen.

leider sagt mein php:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mime_content_type() in D:\wwwroot\cgi-bin\markus\test\download_file.php on line 15

die doku sagt:

Detect MIME Content-type for a file (PHP 4 CVS only)

was heisst PHP 4 CVS only :confused:

und wie kann ich mein php auf CVS only umstellen?

oder gibt es eine andere möglichkeit den mime_type einer datei "auszulesen"?
