Gegeben:

Windows XP Prof. SP1,

Office XP Prof. SP2, alle Hotfixe.

Mailserver: Telekom-Godot, lokaler Pop/Smtp-Server, der die Mails von aussen abholt.

Pop3/smtp-Zugriff ist korrekt installiert und funktioniert.

Aaaaber:

Outlook startet mit "unbekanntem Fehler" (kein Eintrag im Ereignisprotokoll)

Die Outcmd.dat (Datei für zusätzliche Symbole im Menue, kann Probleme verursachen) ist auch schon gelöscht.

Beim Mailabruf bleibt das Nachrichtenübermittlungsfenster permanent geöffnet, obwohl es geschlossen sein soll, wenn keine Mails auf dem Pop3-Server vorhanden sind.

Können Mails abgeholt werden, geschieht das mit normaler Geschwindigkeit und das Nachrichtenübermittlungsfenster wird nicht angezeigt.

Office wurde schon deinstalliert und neu installiert.
