Sagem my x5m Problem mit datenkabel und software

HI!

ich habe ein neues sagem my x5m. funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur, wenn ich versuche mit einem seriellen Datenkabel die software my sound and pictures zu starten findet das programm keinen anschluss am com1 bzw 2...

Mit Telmem kann ich auch nur manchmal zugreifen, manchmal wirds erkannt und kurz darauf wieder nicht, so dass ich damit auch nicht arbeiten kann.

Wellphone erkennt das Handy zwar aber da ist zb. die Darstellung der gespeicherten SMS nicht korrekt(kryptische Zeichen)

Auf dem Datenkabel steht" for sag my x6"...daran wird´s ja wohl nicht liegen!??

man helfe mir bitte!!!!
