hi,

ich muss ein referat über wartungsverträge halten.

ich habe mir das ungefähr so vorgestellt, das ich es in folgende punkte unterteile:

- einleitung

- hardware-wartung

- software-wartung

- hotline ???

- kosten

- fazit

ist diese gliederung ok?

ein wenig informationen habe ich schon, nur reichen mir diese leider nicht. wenn man suchmaschinen benutzt kommt man zu 99% auf seiten von anbieter welche wartungsverträge abschließen. leider beinhalten diese seiten nicht das ganze hintergrundwissen was für mein referat interessant wäre.

wäre nett wenn ihr da irgendwelche seiten kennt oder informationen über dieses thema habt.
