wollte nur mal fragen ob der Projektstrukturplan nicht irgendwie die Projektphasen wiederspiegelt ?

Also sind dir identisch ? Oder wlechen muss man genauer umschreiben ?

Projektphasen

je nach Modell unterschiedlich definierte Teilabschnitte eines Projekts. Beispiel: Definition, Planung, Durchführung, Abschluss, oder: Analyse, Konzept, Entwicklung, Realisierung, Test.

Projektstrukturplan

Teilplan der Projektplanung, welcher sämtliche Arbeitspakete in einer strukturierten Übersicht erfasst und das Projekt damit in Tätigkeitsbereiche zerlegt.

Man kann sagen, dass die Planung von Projektphasen sich an den im Projektstrukturplan definierten Arbeitspaketen (Strukturplanung) orientiert, sie dient aber in erster Linie der Reduzierung der Komplexität im Projektplanungsprozess.
