hallöchen!

also ein bekannter von mir hat ein neues modem (netodragon voice 56k Modem).

er möchte mit AOL 8.0 jetzt ins internet, er ist auch schon länger bei AOL registriert. nun gibt es folgendes problem. es wurde AOL neu installiert und dann sucht das programm ja nach möglichen verbindungen zum internet. er gibt aber nur eine tcp/ip verbindung aus und findet kein modem, kann sich also nicht einwählen.

im gerätemanager werden die treiber richtig erkannt und das modem ist hier auch ohne irgendwelche probleme aufgelistet.

hat da jemand ne ahnung, wie man ihm da helfen könnte???
