Ordner in Windows erstellen mit schreibrechten :(

Hallo,

ich hätte so gern im Windows nen Ordner erstell der alle Schreibrechte besitzt!

ich hab das mit mkdir("ordnername",777);

er erstellt mir den ordner auch, aber wenn ich eine datei in den ordner erstellen will, dann beissts aus !

z.b.

touch(ordnerneme/dateiname.php);

Das liegt daran dass ich in dem erstellten Ordner keine rechte hab! :(

Wie kann ich des ändern ???
