Mal ne Frage zu den Java Script POPUP Windows.

Kann ich sowas auch mit PHP machen???

und ist es möglich statt die Fenster vorzugeben, einfach zu sagen es soll sich der Größe des Dokuments/ Bildes anpassen??

Das ist leider nicht möglich, dafür braucht man schon Javascript.
