Ich brauch mal eure Hilfe und zwar!!!!

Hat von euch jemand ein Berichtsheft als Beispiel oder ein Worddokument als Vorlage die ich als Berichtsheft nehmen kann!!! Wäre auch sehr dankbar!!!! Danke im Voraus!!!!
