Kennt jemand ein Tool womit ich kommandozeilenbasiert die deutschen Umlaute (ä,ö,ü,ß) und das Ampersand (&) in beliebigen Textdateien in HTML Maskierung (z.B. ä in ä ) umwandeln kann?

Ich habe bisher nur das Tool Bumwa gefunden. Das konvertiert allerdings kein Ampersand.

Ich habe etwas passendes gefunden. Und zwar nennt sich das Programm huc - HTML-umlaut conversion tool und wird einfach über die Konsole aufgerufen.
