Anfängerfrage zu Visio 2003

Hallo,

ich möchte gerne einen einfachen Zeitplan mit Visio 2003 erstellen. Es soll die Woche vom 29.03. bis 02.04.2004 abgebildet sein. Ich wählte 5 Zeitdiagramme von je 8 Stunden. Jetzt wird aber automatisch am Anfang und Ende dieses Diagramms das jeweilige Datum eingeblendet. Das wäre ja noch erträglich, als ich aber ein Interval von 8:00 bis 12:30 angelegt habe erschien das jeweilige Tagesdatum weitere 2x. Das nimmt aber zuviel Platz weg und es ist überflüssig, dass es da öfter als 1x steht. Wie bekomme ich die überflüssigen Daten da raus? Entschuldigung für meine anfängerhaften Fragen, aber ich arbeite heute das erste Mal mit dem Programm.

Wäre sehr froh wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte.
