ich möchte mir 2 Laufwerke auf meinem PC Synchron halten (Datensicherung).

Kann ich, wenn ja wie kann ich so etwas realisieren?

Grundsätzlich richtig. Allerdings bietet der MS-Aktenkoffer nur unzureichende Kontrollmöglichkeiten.
