SP3 aus Office XP3 entfernen

Hallo FI's,

ich brauche folgende Hilfe.

Ich habe 5 neue Rechner gekauft, alle Win XP Pro, dann jeweils Office XP Pro installiert.

Anschließend alle Rechner via MS-Windows-Update auf den "neuesten" Stand gebracht, inkl. Office XP SP3.

Nun stelle ich fest, dass auf diesen Rechnern die Einbindung von Cobra AdressPlus 9 (CRM-Anwendung) als Adressenbuch nicht funktioniert. Meldet sich einer der fünf User (servergespeichertes Profil) auf einem "alten" Win XP Pro mit ebenfalls Office XP (aber ohne SP3) an, dann funktioniert alles hervorragend.

Nun tippe ich auf das SP 3 von Office XP, Windowsseitig sind alle XP Rechner auf dem gleichen Update-Stand.

Weiss jemand einen Weg, dieses SP wieder zu entfernen? Via Systemsteuerung|Software ist es nicht möglich und fünf Rechner neu einzurichten/installieren, dazu habe keine Lust - außer es geht nicht anders.

Bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar
