Moin,

ich muss einen Soap-Client schreiben. Eine große, nun deutsche, Automobilfirma stellt einen Server bereit auf den ich über eine VPN Verbindung zugreifen kann. Auf diesem Web-Server sind die wsdl-Datein bereit gestellt auf die ich mit meinem Client zugreifen kann.

Hat jemand so etwas schon in VB6 gemacht und kann mir Tipps geben?

Web-Services sind noch komplettes Neuland für mich...

Moin, kenne mich mit dem Thema nicht aus, aber

Datenaustausch per SOAP ist keine komplexe Sache. Ganze Recordsets können vom SOAP-Server abgeholt werden. Recordsets zu handhaben ist in Visual Basic einfach und bequem.
