Hallo,

ich suche ein kleines Programm, indem ich einstellen kann, wieviel kb/s ich maximal downloaden kann (für ganz Windows - nicht nur für die IE). Ich möchte meine Downloadgeschwindigkeit drosseln, aber keine Proxy-Software oder sowas installieren.

Kennt ihr ein kleines Programm, dass diesen Dienst erfüllt und wenn ja, wie heisst dieses ?

edit: Ach ja, das Programm muss freeware / kostenfrei sein!

hmm das wäre genau das was ich suche, aber das ist nur ne trial und keine freeware... schade drum, genau das suche ich
