[Access] Argument von Datensatz an Externes Programm

Hallo Zusammen,

ich bastle gerade an einem Access Formular und habe folgende Anforderung.

Ich habe einen Button der Ruft ein Dos-Prog auf.

Hier der Code:

Private Sub Befehl27_Click()

Dim stAppName As String

stAppName = "tnsping $XX"

Call Shell(stAppName, 1)

End Sub

Und an der Stelle $XX würde ich gerne den Inhalt eines Feldes aus dem Formular stehen haben.

Wie geht das? Ich bin in Access nicht so firm, vielleicht könntet ihr mir helfen.

Noch ein Problem in diesem Zusammenhang:

Das Programm tnsping gibt etwa zurück und dann kommt wieder der DOS-Prompt. Wenn ich es nun aus Access aus aufrufe, schliest sich die DOS-Box nach der Rückgabe sofort wieder. Wie kann ich das verhinden?

mit "Me." bekommst Du alle Felder sowie Konstanten und Funktionen eines Formulares angezeigt.

Du machst es dann quasi so: strVariable = "blabla" & Me.DeinFeld
