Folgende Konstellation:

Netz mit mehreren Workstations W2K, W2K Server.

Eine Word-Datei, auf die mehrere User Zugriff brauchen, ist von User A geöffnet und vergessen worden.

User B braucht Zugriff, bekommt keinen, da Datei gesperrt.

Gesucht wird eine Möglichkeit, dass Word oder die Datei automatisch nach einer definierbaren Zeit automatisch geschlossen wird inkl automatischer Speicherung der geänderten Datei.

Gibts da was oder müssen die User Disziplin lernen?
