Hi,

hab mal die Developer Edition von BeOS runtergeldaden, hab aber ein Problem bei der Installation. Nach dem erstellen der CD boote ich den Rechner, und an der Stelle, an der von BeOS offensichtlich Laufwerke erkannt, oder Datenträger überprüft werden hängt sich der Rechner auf.

Hat vielleicht Jemand die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht?

Hallo,

wie hast Du denn das Image gebrannt? Bisweilen gibt es Probleme mit der Erkennung des CD-ROMs als Installationsmedium (das führt dann zum Absturz). Auf welcher Hardware (Platten-Kontroller) läßt Du BeOS laufen?
