Halte ich für zu eng gesteckt. Du legst dich von vornherein auf ein Produkt fest, somit fehlt jegliche Evaluation, also das Ausarbeiten von Alternativen in kaufmännischer und technischer Hinsicht.

Wie willst du bei dem Thema eine Kosten-Nutzen-Analyse betreiben?

Hört sich eher nach einer Wissenschaftlichen Arbeit als nach einem Praxisprojekt an.

Vorschlag: eine Testumgebung für ein neues/vorhandenes Directory als Spielwiese.
