moin,

möchte ein debian woody aufsetzten, in dem ein scsi-controller steckt der nicht standartmäßig erkannt wird. da aber die systemplatten an dem controller hängen habe ich mir den treiber als source vom hersteller runtergeladen. wie kann ich nun aus dem treiber-source ein modul erstellen, um die deb-basis-install zu machen?

es gibt auf der hersteller-seite eine anleitung die aber nur angibt wo der treiber-source hin muss um den kernel neu zu kompilieren, aber das bringt mich ja nicht weiter, weil ich ja kein installiertes system habe...
