Ich habe hier einen externen Printserver von Troy, Modell siehe oben, Fehlermeldung vom Kunden: MKMM (macht keinen Mucks mehr). Per Lan ist das Gerät nicht zu erreichen, Status-Seite über den Test-Button lässt sich auch nicht ausdrucken.

Blinkcode der Status LED : 2 grün, zwei Rot.

In den Unterlagen von www.troygroup.com finde ich keine Errorcodes.

Was will mir der Printserver sagen?

So, der Code heisst: bereit für Firmware-Update.

Da das aber nicht ausgewählt wurde, die Firmware sich auch nicht mehr aufspielen lässt, ist das ein Fall für eine RMA.

Es gibt also einen neuen Printserver.
