ich habe hier einige bilder aus denen ich thumbs machen will. Mit welcher Software geht das am besten?

Irfanview kann das ohne Probleme. Entweder per Batchkonvertierung oder Thumbnails anzeigen lassen (T drücken) und dann als HTML speichern, dann hast Du gleich eine feine HTML-Seite mit Thumbnails zum Anklicken.
