PHP Framework ähnlich Oracle HTMLDB

Hallo Zusammen,

bei Oracle 10g ist ein richtig gutes Addon names HTMLDB rausgekommen.

Darin können komplette Webanwendungen (Vorallem Forms und DB zugriff) über Fomulare generiert werden.

Also z.B. Festlegen welche Input-Felder es gibt und diese werden nach nach Templates und konfiguration für den Browser geparsed.

Gibt es sowas ähnliches für PHP ebenfalls?

z.B. eine Bestimmung des Formular durch XML.

Was ich also Suche: Eine einfach möglichkeit durch wenige Code-Zeilen immer gleich aussehende Fomulare aber auch HTML-Seiten erstellen zu können

das ganze verpackt in ein Framework das DB-Zugriff, Navigation, Session-Mgmt, .... zusammenfasst.

Würde mich über einen Tipp freuen.

Ach ja, das Framework muß nicht kostenlos sein. Ich suche eine gute Qualität für schnelle Webentwicklung.
