Was wisst ihr so über das Tuning von DSL?

Habe hier einen Bericht aus der "Chip" 12/04: "Surfen, saugen, sparen: DSL für Profis"

Dort wird bspw. das Programm "Dr. TCP" erwähnt...

Was bringt es im Endeffekt wirklich?

Was bringt Tarrif Shaping von "cfos"??

cfos kann (soweit ich weis) den datenpacketen prioritäten zuordnen.

also wenn ein datenstream nicht abrechen darf, dann wird dem eine höhere priorität zugeordnet als dem datenstream der ruhig unterbrochen werden darf.
