Hi,

soll ein Pflichtenheft zur Dokumentation gereicht werden, oder auch ein Lastenheft? Wo genau liegen die Unterschiede? Ist denn ein Lastenheft nicht einfach eine grobe Version des Pflichtenheftes?

Außerdem möchte ich noch wissen, an welche Stelle - wenn überhaupt - die Ist-Analyse ins Pflichtenheft eingebaut wird!
