Servus,

ich hab heute zum erstenmal ne Windows NT 4.0 Domäne auf Server 2003 migriert. Ging soweit auch alle ganz gut nur als ich auf dem neuen "PDC" Active Directory installieren (Per Assistent) wollte bekam ich diese Fehlermeldung:

"Die Namensbasis des DNS-Computers für diesen Computer konnte nicht auf <DNS Name> gesetzt werden.

"Falscher Parameter

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

(Auf dem NT System lief vorher kein DNS)

Ist das jetzt ein DNS Problem oder hat er ein Problem mit Active Directory?

Es ist ein DNS-Problem.

Du benoetigst einen DNS-Server, der SRV-Records und dyn. Updates verarbeiten kann.

D.h. der DNS-Server muss entweder auf einem Win2000/Win2003-System oder auf einem Linuxsystem (ab Bind-Version >= 8.2.1) laufen.

Ein NT4-DNS-Server kann nicht verwendet werden.
