Hallo,

habe ein Windows 2000 SP4 mit Office 2002.

Wenn man in Word einige Symbolleisten usw. Anpasst und das Word schließen will, verlangt er die änderungen in der Datei "Normal.dot" zu speichern.

Lokal liegt die Datei nicht anlegen kann er sie aber auch nicht....

weiss einer rat?

Moin moin,

die Normal.dot is normalerweise nur en Masterdocument. das heißt, in Ihr sind die Standards für das leere Word Dokument was beim öffnen mit hochkommt definiert. Ich hab es bisher noch nicht erlebt, das Word danach fragt, dass Änderungen hier gespeichert werden sollen... Aber es sollte eigentlich funktionieren, indem man das speichern bestätigt...

Leigt sie zentral für alle auf einem Server, dann hast du Probleme, da die Datei durch die Zugriffe der Netzwerkuser gesperrt ist.
