Momentan nutze ich als Downloadmanager unter Windows Fresh-Download. Nettes Programm, nur ein Nachteil: es krallt sich die komplette Bandbreite, was bei meinen Kollegen auf Arbeit nicht so nett ankommt, wenn ich mit einem grösseren Download die Leitung hier komplett dichtmache.

Gibt es einen Downloadmanager, bei dem ich die DL-Bandbreite per Hand steuern kann?

mir würde spontan getright einfallen, bei dem man den downloadspeed limitieren kann und auch auf einzelne sub-threads aufteilen kann, scheduling is auch dabei, usw usf.
