Ist es möglich Ressourcen (Bilder, Mauszeiger) in eine Datein mit einzubinden, ohne dass diese ständig mitgeschikt werden müssen. Wenn ja, wie?

du könntest allenfalls über die exportfunktionen LoadIcon, LoadImage, LoadBitmap, LoadCursor, LoadCursorFromFile der user32.dll bilder in den speicher bekommen.

eine andere alternative wäre, eine binäre ressourcendatei zu erstellen, und diese innerhalb deiner vba-anwendung mit dateisystemfunktionen wie Open For Binary Access zu verwenden.

Mit einbinden meine ich jetzt, dass diese komplett in die zB Excelmappe integriert wird.
