word/visual basic fehlermeldung

hallo,

habe mit word 97 ein problem. bei jeder doc-datei kommt die fehlermeldung:

Laufzeitfehler '53':

Datei nicht gefunden: DVZAddin.dll

wenn ich auf beenden klicke öffnet sich das dokument, aber danach schmiert word meistens ab. eine neuinstallation von office 97 hat zu keinem ergebnis geführt. kann man word seperat löschen und neuinstallieren?

habt ihr vielleicht nen tipp für mich, wie ich das problem lösen kann??

Die genannte Dll scheint aus dem Dataviz Documents To Go von deinem PDA herzustammen. Hast du das deinstalliert?

Jedenfalls dürfte dann entweder in deinem Vorlagen-Ordner oder im Startup-Ordner von Office eine DVZWAddin.dot finden, die in dem Moment geladen wird und die Dll nicht mehr findet. Lösch mal die genannte Dot.

die PDA-Software ist schon seit längerem deinstalliert. und die vorlage ist auch nicht vorhanden.

was kann ich noch machen, um die fehlermeldung nicht mehr zu erhalten??
