Hallo,

habe hier ein kleineres Problem und hoffe ihr wisst weiter.

Kenne einen Nutzer, der Ubuntu nutzt und in einem Netzwerk mit DHCP will. Die IP bekommt er einwandfrei inkl. DNS zugewiesen, aber Firefox will einfach nicht surfen und bekommt keine Verbindung zustande.

Auffällig ist noch die Fehlermeldung "temporary failure in name resolution" anfangs. Aber direkt per IP spricht der Browser auch keine Seite an.

Die Firefox Einstellungen sind aber definitiv richtig.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

funktionierts denn mit anderen browsern?

z.b. der w3m der müsste ja installiert sein, bzw einfach nachzuholen

was ergibt denn ein dig www.heise.de ?
