Hallo zusammen,

wir benutzen eine Vorlage (in diesem Fall *.doc) und verändern diese dann jeweils nach belieben. Nun haben wir das Problem, dass , wenn ich das Dokument speicher, schließe und dann erneut öffne in der Überarbeitungssymbolleiste der Typ immer auf "Endgültige Version enthält Markups" steht. So kann ich das Dokument allerdings nicht verschicken, da der Empfanger dann immer auf "Endgültig" umstellen muss.

Kann ich die Einstellung nicht so vornehmen, dass das Dokument gleich in der Version "Endgültig" erscheint.
