Hy Leute,

ich bräuchte mal eine ganz realistische Schätzung von euch was man für ein Anfangsgehalt man aushandeln könnte.

Ich treffe da mit einigen Bekannten immer wieder auf sehr große Untersiede in deren Vorstellungen.

Also was könnte ein :

Fachinformatiker Systemintegration

mit einem Novell 5.x Zertifikat von der IHK

Und der MCSE

der gerade fertig mit der Ausbildung ist

so als Einstiegsgehalt erwarten ?

Habt ihr da so eine Vorstellung oder hat jemand konkrete Erfahrungen ?
