Excel Dokument verursacht Fehler

Hallo ihr da draußen,

ich habe ein Problem:

Unter Excel 2000 will ich eine Excel Datei (mit Makros) öffnen. Excel schließt mit Fehler, andere Excel Dokumente öffnen normal. Sicherheit der Markos steht auf niedrig. Unter Excel 2003 (mein Rechner) läßt sich das Dokument einwandfrei öffnen und auch speichern. Will ich es dann mit Excel 2000 öffnen wird Excel mit Fehlermeldung "Ein schwerer Fehler ...." geschlossen.

WER kann helfen.

P.S. kann es mit Windows Updates zu tun haben? Habe nämlich Updates eingespielt.
