Hallo!

Ich habe eine Frage zum Thunderbird:

Der Junk- Filter soll ja alle Spam- Mails rausfiltern. Nun habe ich in einem anderen Forum gelesen, daß man dann "Spamfrei" die Mails abholen könnte.

Ich dachte, der Filter reagiere nur clientseitig, holt also trotzdem erstmal alle Mails ab und sortiert sie dann lokal aus.

Wer kann mir mehr dazu sagen und wie man dort dieses ggf. einstellt?

Thunderbird holte alle Mails in deinem POP-Postfach ab, dann wenn der junk-Filter aktiviert ist, sortiert er die Mails aus.

Du musst den Junk-Filter folgendermaßen aktivieren:

Extras - Junk-Filter Einstellungen

und markierst dann die Punkte, wo du haben willst.

Dann funktioniert das auch schon!
