Hi,

brauche dringend rat, ist hier jemand bei der ikk südwest direkt versichert??

hatte vor mich dort als kunde anzumelden, jetzt hat mir meine alte versicherung aber mitgeteilt, das diese versicherung auf kurz oder lang ihre beiträge drastisch erhöhen wird und zudem extrem schlechten service bietet....dies will meine jetzige versicherung mir sogar donnerstag schriftlich beweisen.....sie hat wohl unterlagen von alten ikk kunden...

ich weiß jetzt nicht was ich machen soll, ich würde schon einiges an geld im monat sparen...

kann mir jemand helfen?
