lautstärkeregler win2003 server

bei win2003 server ist die lautstärkeregelung standardmäßig deaktiviert. Wie kann ich die regelung aktivieren, damit ich immer im systray darauf zugreifen kann?

Start -> Einstellungen -> Systemsteuerung -> Sounds und Audiogeräte

Dort dann bei "Lautstärkeregelung in der Taskleiste anzeigen" ein Häkchen setzen und OK klicken.
