guck direkt bei Microsoft nach, da ist alles ausführlichst erklärt, dort findest du nahezu alles was dein Herz begehrt, einfach dort die Suche benutzen. Da das ganze Thema zu Umfangreich ist, kann ich dir schlecht einen Link geben, der alles umfasst!

Dort findest du auch viel zur Replikation von AD...
