ich brauch hilfe bei einem script

es soll aus einer datei usernamen auslesen und kontrollieren ob diese user bereits im active directory vorhanden sind, und wenn nicht diesen anlegen.

leider hab ich keinen plan wie ich das angehen soll, kann mir bitte jemand helfen?
