Hallo Leute,

gibt es eine möglichkeit mit PHP zu überprüfen ob ein DNS/IP erreichbar ist?

PS: Geht das mit Perl? wenn ja wie????

oder einfach mit OS toosl ;)

system ("ping x.x.x.x");

schon, aber z.b. net_ping (und vermutlich auch das perl-derivat) parst mir die ausgabe und liefert mir z.b. die TTL schon als variable/array zurück.

wozu dann das rad neu erfinden.
