Hallo,

hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen:

Probiere gerade meinen ersten Samba Server als PDC einzurichten. Alles klappt auch das Aufnehmen in der Domäne, Aber nach dem anschließenden Neustart von NT kommt die Meldung, dass der Rechner den Domänencontroller nicht finden kann. Anpingen funktioniert und die Namensauflösung zur IP auch.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was das Problem sein könnte?

Nebenbei: was genau bedeutet bei NT "DNS für Windows Auflösung aktivieren" ?

Samba läuft als WINS Server und ist auch beim Client eingetragen.

Bei SWAT steht unter "Active Connections" der Rechner mit dem ich mich einloggen will.

Das Computerkonto ist auch angelegt.

Ist deine PDC denn auch Masterbrowser im Netzwerk?

Wie ist dein "os level" eingestellt?

Habe ihn jetzt zum Master Browser gemacht. Mit nem Wert von 65.

Hatte aber leiden keinen Erfolg gebracht. :-(
